Fantastic Villa !! We recently had the pleasure of staying at Casa Alice and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice of villa. Upon arriving at the villa, we were greeted by Juan, who was very friendly and informative about the villa and island. There was a delightful welcome hamper of food and drink which was a really lovely touch and gratefully received. Casa Alice boasts a wide range of amenities that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. From the well-equipped kitchen to the private pool and spacious living areas, everything was top-notch. The villa is well presented and the interior was tastefully decorated and furnished with modern amenities. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning kept the villa at a pleasant temperature during the night (We didn’t need it during the day and only cost us 3 or 4 euro’s a night. Temp set at 23 on cool and quiet mode). We had all the comforts of home and more, which added to the overall luxury. It was only short 5 min drive to the main town. The convenience of nearby attractions and restaurants made our stay even more enjoyable. Our stay at Casa Alice exceeded our expectations in every way. It was a perfect blend of relaxation, adventure, and luxury. We left with wonderful memories and can't wait to return in the future.

The accommodation was perfect. A reasonable distance from the beach and centre. Beautiful house with every conceivable luxury. Very friendly welcome, manager Juan is very helpful and customer-oriented. Really highly recommended.

We had a wonderful week with our children (13 and 16 years old) in beautiful Lanzarote. We enjoyed a fine holiday, partly thanks to your beautiful house. The welcome package, the pool, the pool table, the bath towels; everything was really well taken care of. The welcome from the good English-speaking Juan was also nice.

Real enjoyment! Comfortably furnished house, all-day sunny terrace (shade on covered part) and lovely large pool with all privacy. Everything available to relax & enjoy. Ideally located to explore the island and within walking distance of the beach & marina. We would love to come back with the kids!

Casa Alice is the perfect Villa to enjoy a great holiday on Lanzarote. A short walk to the town of Playa Blanca gave us the convenience of shopping, eating out, and the beaches whilst giving just the right distance to get away from it all if we wanted. We had the most beautiful week and the Villa itself offered everything we could have wanted, and more... the pool was especially great but the use of the barbecue was a big hit with us also. It was an amazing stay in a very stylish and beautiful villa.

Modern, very nice Holiday Home where nothing was missing for a nice holiday. Very good care at the place as well. Great pool, comfortable beds, and very good kitchen equipment.

We (2 couples) had a lovely holiday in this beautiful house with fine pool! Juan the caretaker also helped us fine, and the furnishing of the house and garden was very complete.... 1 point as a comment we do have: that we would have liked a few more towels so you don't have to wash often! Other than that, everything was top 👍

In one word ; fantastic! The (quietly located) house offers everything you, re looking for and even more. Everything is present, clean and nicely decorated. It is lovely to enjoy the beautifully maintained garden with beautiful plants and nature...

Casa Alice is perfectly located within walking distance to the main town, but in a really nice quiet area of Playablanca. The pool is a great size, it's alway clean and warmed in the winter months. PS4 & Pool table too! This is our favourite villa in Lanzarote and we have stayed at many over the 20+ years. We will be back!

In the photos it already looked very nice, but in real life it was even nicer than we could have imagined. A very thoughtful welcome package, the lovely pool, with beautiful garden, and the house itself very spacious and fully equipped. The location is also great, within walking distance of the village and the beach, but still quiet..

Beautiful, modern and well laid out villa which had everything we needed for very enjoyable holiday. Good sized heated pool, we had no issues using in November. Kids really enjoyed the pool table and play station. Lovely welcom...

Positive: Great pool and WiFi/TV. A good quiet location with surprisingly high level of privacy. The property manager Juan was also exceptional.
Negative: A minor complication was the coin meter for the Aircon but the cost is limited (approx 2 euros per room per night). But a very minor issue

10/10 Beautiful villa, fully and tastefully furnished, with all comforts available. The (heated) swimming pool is ideal for cooling down after a hot day. Quiet location, ideal for trips in the area and within walking distance of the beach. Reasonable price for excellent quality in beautiful Lanzarote. Friendly and helpful owners. In short, everything you need for a successful holiday! We enjoyed it and will definitely return.

10/10 Super cool ! Exceeded all expectations ! Pluses - Nice quiet location yet within walking distance to promenade 1 km Clean and nicely decorated. Large tiled garden with bbq and heated pool. Key handover personal with explanation of various things on and around the house. Downsides - pool heating was also on during the day makes a humming noise you can disturb but also ignore.

9.7/10 Overall, the house was great, it had everything you need for a holiday. Bruno is a great host, the contact was also very good. We can definitely recommend the holiday home and will gladly book again. Especially the terrace and the pool were the highlight for our children. We had a very good rest, the location was very quiet and the house was well secured.

I have been to Lanzarote many many times over the last 15 years and always rent a villa. Casa Alice is by far the best villa I have ever stayed in. It’s spotlessly clean, well maintained, has numerous facilities and also has a Smart TV with all the channels you could possibly want for the odd rainy day you get in Lanzarote. I swam every day and the pool table is brilliant fun. The villa was perfectly located for my husband and I as we like a walk into Playa and Marina Rubicon (keeping those steps up!!) - it’s about a 20 minute walk to Playa and probably 30 minute walk to Rubicon (although these days they have a lot of electric scooters dotted about so if you put the wrong shoes on then there’s also this option!!) We only had one issue which was quickly resolved by Juan, who looks after the villa - I have to say he is brilliant and kept in contact with us throughout our stay. All in all I would highly recommend this villa (and already have done to a number of my friends) - the process of booking, arriving, departing and follow up with Bruno was seamless and I fully intend to stay here again in the future.

10/10 The villa is very well equipped & everything is to a very high standard. The kitchen has everything you need; kettle, induction hob, oven, toaster, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher. The beds are comfortable, the showers are powerful. The outdoor area is large and again well equipped with a barbeque, outdoor sink, shower & pool table. The swimming pool is perfect for doing proper swimming lengths & is heated.

10/10 Having visited Lanzarote for many years and staying in lots of different Villas this is one of, if not the best we have stayed in. This was a fantastic Villa and continently located for beach and shops. It was an ideal size for a family of 4 with a large pool and good sized terrace outside. The pool table was also a great addition. It is clearly well maintained and the owners and staff were extremely helpful with everything. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a Villa to stay in when visiting Lanzarote.

9,5/10 Excellent accommodation within a fifteen minutes walk from the beach. Very well equipped. Even incl. Airfryer. Clean swimming pool. Nice reception by Juan. Tip: Italian restaurant Ninen in the Calle Limones. Small with only 6 tables! Among other things, very good fresh pasta.

9,4/10 What a nice place this is! The welcome by Juan was very warm. He was also very helpful during our stay. A welcome package was ready for us, just to show how we were welcomed. The house has everything you could possibly need. The swimming pool is amazing. We have not used the air conditioning much; with the terrace doors open it creates a wonderful indoor climate. A nice bed, a nice shower, a complete kitchen and all channels on TV that you can think of make this a Casa for a carefree holiday. It is nice to have a rental car because we found it just a bit too far to walk to the old centre of Playa Blanca. Our stay in Casa Alice contributed to an unforgettable holiday.

9/10 Email contact with landlord was very good and no question was too much. On arrival we were superbly recieved by the administrator of the house. The house itself is beautiful everything is new and fresh. Comfortable beds and nothing is missing. We have enjoyed our stay. We had a rental car and everything is easily accessible. Walking is also doable.

10/10 Within walking distance of shops, beach and marina. Beautifully decorated modern house with all comforts. Very comfortable beds, we slept like roses. The pool was an absolute hit with ideal temperature and perfect for swimming. Every day we ate outside and in the evening we relaxed in the cosy outdoor lounge with a local Ron Miel. We will definitely be back!
