Casa Alice is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the popular Costa de Papagayo area of Playa Blanca. The Playa Dorada Beach, the centre of Playa Blanca and the Marina Rubicon are all within a comfortable walking distance.

The house sleeps up to 5 guests. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. There is a twin bedroom with a separate bathroom and a single bedroom with also an en-suite bathroom. Each bathroom has a walk-in rain shower, sink and bathroom cabinet - double in the master bathroom - and toilet. All beds are very comfy. Each bedroom features airco. Bed- and bath linnen is provided.

The lounge and dining room are furnished up to high standards. There is a 49 inch UHD TV with a large choice of international TV channels, a Playstation 4 Pro and Playstation 3 and very fast internet (100 Mbps fibre optic).

The kitchen is well equiped with all the utensils you might need. The living areas also features airco.

The outside area is great! Take breakfast and lunch in the shaded dining area. Enjoy the afternoon in the comfortable seating area or on the sun loungers along the 11 meter pool. The pool is heated from mid October till mid April. Pool towels are provided. There is also an outside shower, pool table and BBQ.
