We had a lovely time at Casa Alice. The house is fully equipped. Great beds, a nice pool, fine BBQ and complete privacy. Playa Blanca is a lively village with plenty to do. There is also more than enough to do elsewhere on the island. Wine tastings, beautiful walks and quaint villages.

SUPER house for family holidays Casa Alice was the perfect holiday home for our family holiday! Well-equipped kitchen. Air conditioning. Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Terrace with lounge, deckchairs and seating area for breakfast, lunch and dinner, barbecue. The pool was the highlight for our boys! Car park in the property. The house is 5 minutes by car from the centre of Playa Blanca.

Together with our adult daughter, we spent a very pleasant week at Casa Alice. The modernly furnished house has 3 bedrooms with excellent beds and also 3 bathrooms. The spacious tiled garden with lots of privacy is ideally located on the sun and the extra long pool is wonderfully refreshing. The welcome by Juan was also excellent!

We enjoyed these 2 weeks to the fullest. A great holiday in a great holiday home. The property is in a complex of terraced houses. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the sea. The house has everything you need for a 2-3 week beach holiday. The handover was excellent. Juan (responsible on site) explained everything we needed to know and gave us good tips on restaurants, shopping facilities, etc. We also received a nice ‘welcome pack’. The pool and the comfortable sun loungers were the most important things for us. We only cooked in the morning for breakfast. We would spend our summer holidays in this house again at any time.

We had a lovely time at Casa Alice! The house is fully equipped. On arrival a welcome pack which made us very happy and Juan who welcomed us and gave information about the house and Lanzarote. Beach and shops within walking distance. For bigger shopping, a car does come in handy. We would love to come back again!

Just returned from a fabulous stay at Casa Alice - brilliant communication throughout, great welcome from Juan and the best welcome pack we’ve ever had! Casa Alice is so spacious & clean with the comfiest beds and an amazing outside area - good sized pool and the pool table was a bonus. In a peaceful area but only a nice 20-minute walk into town or 30 minutes to Marina Rubicón. We’d love to stay here again and would highly recommend.

Our stay at Casa Alice was fantastic! The luxurious house was fully equipped. House manager Juan received us wonderfully and gave many tips on activities and sights on the island. Thanks to its central location, we could easily explore the most beautiful places. An unforgettable holiday!

Wish we’d have booked longer here! What a brilliant villa in every way. Stayed here for 7 nights, 4 people in total. Location is very quiet and relaxing and an easy 20-minute walk to the beach with bars and restaurants. Not much around the immediate area; closest shop we found was a 5-minute walk away. Villa was modern, very clean, and had everything we needed, including a few bits of shopping done for us when we arrived, including cold beers too! Very spacious villa, bedrooms were a good size with comfortable beds. Kitchen/dining area very comfortable, all kitchen utensils you would need are there, including an air fryer! Outdoor area was very private with a heated pool and comfy sun beds. Nice outdoor seating too, with BBQ and pool table. Sun was on the pool area throughout the day from early morning. Aircon is an additional cost; however, we didn’t need to use it as the villa was cool enough. TV had all channels we needed, including PS4 too, with a selection of books and magazines. The service was brilliant. Juan welcomed us on our first day and was friendly and informative about the villa and area. Lovely email from owners on the last day too. All in all, we would definitely return to Playa Blanca and this villa!

A super nice house! Everything is there. And what a lovely heated pool. Here you can really pull lengths! The pool table was also a great success. A house with lots of privacy. We wanted to book again for December. Unfortunately, already fully booked. We will definitely come back again. Thank you Yuan for the warm welcome!!!

Fantastic house, fully equipped. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood at some distance from the promenade and the beach but with a rental car it is all perfectly doable. In short, a nice house to rent!!!

Lovely week with our older children. Very nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Juan received us very well and the welcome package was also very nice. A beautiful house with a very nice swimming pool, barbecue and pool table, which we used a lot. Good location for exploring the island.

Fantastic Villa !! We recently had the pleasure of staying at Casa Alice and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice of villa. Upon arriving at the villa, we were greeted by Juan, who was very friendly and informative about the villa and island. There was a delightful welcome hamper of food and drink which was a really lovely touch and gratefully received. Casa Alice boasts a wide range of amenities that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. From the well-equipped kitchen to the private pool and spacious living areas, everything was top-notch. The villa is well presented and the interior was tastefully decorated and furnished with modern amenities. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning kept the villa at a pleasant temperature during the night (We didn’t need it during the day and only cost us 3 or 4 euro’s a night. Temp set at 23 on cool and quiet mode). We had all the comforts of home and more, which added to the overall luxury. It was only short 5 min drive to the main town. The convenience of nearby attractions and restaurants made our stay even more enjoyable. Our stay at Casa Alice exceeded our expectations in every way. It was a perfect blend of relaxation, adventure, and luxury. We left with wonderful memories and can't wait to return in the future.

We had a wonderful week with our children (13 and 16 years old) in beautiful Lanzarote. We enjoyed a fine holiday, partly thanks to your beautiful house. The welcome package, the pool, the pool table, the bath towels; everything was really well taken care of. The welcome from the good English-speaking Juan was also nice.

Real enjoyment! Comfortably furnished house, all-day sunny terrace (shade on covered part) and lovely large pool with all privacy. Everything available to relax & enjoy. Ideally located to explore the island and within walking distance of the beach & marina. We would love to come back with the kids!

Casa Alice is the perfect Villa to enjoy a great holiday on Lanzarote. A short walk to the town of Playa Blanca gave us the convenience of shopping, eating out, and the beaches whilst giving just the right distance to get away from it all if we wanted. We had the most beautiful week and the Villa itself offered everything we could have wanted, and more... the pool was especially great but the use of the barbecue was a big hit with us also. It was an amazing stay in a very stylish and beautiful villa.

We (2 couples) had a lovely holiday in this beautiful house with fine pool! Juan the caretaker also helped us fine, and the furnishing of the house and garden was very complete.... 1 point as a comment we do have: that we would have liked a few more towels so you don't have to wash often! Other than that, everything was top 👍

Casa Alice is perfectly located within walking distance to the main town, but in a really nice quiet area of Playablanca. The pool is a great size, it's alway clean and warmed in the winter months. PS4 & Pool table too! This is our favourite villa in Lanzarote and we have stayed at many over the 20+ years. We will be back!

Positive: Great pool and WiFi/TV. A good quiet location with surprisingly high level of privacy. The property manager Juan was also exceptional.
Negative: A minor complication was the coin meter for the Aircon but the cost is limited (approx 2 euros per room per night). But a very minor issue

10/10 Beautiful villa, fully and tastefully furnished, with all comforts available. The (heated) swimming pool is ideal for cooling down after a hot day. Quiet location, ideal for trips in the area and within walking distance of the beach. Reasonable price for excellent quality in beautiful Lanzarote. Friendly and helpful owners. In short, everything you need for a successful holiday! We enjoyed it and will definitely return.

10/10 Super cool ! Exceeded all expectations ! Pluses - Nice quiet location yet within walking distance to promenade 1 km Clean and nicely decorated. Large tiled garden with bbq and heated pool. Key handover personal with explanation of various things on and around the house. Downsides - pool heating was also on during the day makes a humming noise you can disturb but also ignore.

9.7/10 Overall, the house was great, it had everything you need for a holiday. Bruno is a great host, the contact was also very good. We can definitely recommend the holiday home and will gladly book again. Especially the terrace and the pool were the highlight for our children. We had a very good rest, the location was very quiet and the house was well secured.

I have been to Lanzarote many many times over the last 15 years and always rent a villa. Casa Alice is by far the best villa I have ever stayed in. It’s spotlessly clean, well maintained, has numerous facilities and also has a Smart TV with all the channels you could possibly want for the odd rainy day you get in Lanzarote. I swam every day and the pool table is brilliant fun. The villa was perfectly located for my husband and I as we like a walk into Playa and Marina Rubicon (keeping those steps up!!) - it’s about a 20 minute walk to Playa and probably 30 minute walk to Rubicon (although these days they have a lot of electric scooters dotted about so if you put the wrong shoes on then there’s also this option!!) We only had one issue which was quickly resolved by Juan, who looks after the villa - I have to say he is brilliant and kept in contact with us throughout our stay. All in all I would highly recommend this villa (and already have done to a number of my friends) - the process of booking, arriving, departing and follow up with Bruno was seamless and I fully intend to stay here again in the future.

10/10 The villa is very well equipped & everything is to a very high standard. The kitchen has everything you need; kettle, induction hob, oven, toaster, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher. The beds are comfortable, the showers are powerful. The outdoor area is large and again well equipped with a barbeque, outdoor sink, shower & pool table. The swimming pool is perfect for doing proper swimming lengths & is heated.

10/10 Having visited Lanzarote for many years and staying in lots of different Villas this is one of, if not the best we have stayed in. This was a fantastic Villa and continently located for beach and shops. It was an ideal size for a family of 4 with a large pool and good sized terrace outside. The pool table was also a great addition. It is clearly well maintained and the owners and staff were extremely helpful with everything. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a Villa to stay in when visiting Lanzarote.

9,5/10 Excellent accommodation within a fifteen minutes walk from the beach. Very well equipped. Even incl. Airfryer. Clean swimming pool. Nice reception by Juan. Tip: Italian restaurant Ninen in the Calle Limones. Small with only 6 tables! Among other things, very good fresh pasta.

9,4/10 What a nice place this is! The welcome by Juan was very warm. He was also very helpful during our stay. A welcome package was ready for us, just to show how we were welcomed. The house has everything you could possibly need. The swimming pool is amazing. We have not used the air conditioning much; with the terrace doors open it creates a wonderful indoor climate. A nice bed, a nice shower, a complete kitchen and all channels on TV that you can think of make this a Casa for a carefree holiday. It is nice to have a rental car because we found it just a bit too far to walk to the old centre of Playa Blanca. Our stay in Casa Alice contributed to an unforgettable holiday.

9/10 Email contact with landlord was very good and no question was too much. On arrival we were superbly recieved by the administrator of the house. The house itself is beautiful everything is new and fresh. Comfortable beds and nothing is missing. We have enjoyed our stay. We had a rental car and everything is easily accessible. Walking is also doable.

The pool was an absolute hit with ideal temperature and perfect for swimming. Every day we ate outside and in the evening we relaxed in the cosy outdoor lounge with a local Ron Miel. We will definitely be back!
